The course

How people become valuable at work.

This course is about understanding what makes people valuable at work and how their growth connects directly to business growth. You will understand what separates an average employee from a strong one, what strong managers and owners actually value, and why some people keep growing while others stay at the same level.

You will learn to think beyond your own role, understand the business as a whole, and see how ownership, discipline, judgment and execution create real value. When you start thinking more like a manager, director or owner, you become more aligned with the people responsible for the business, contribute more to its growth, and become someone trusted with greater responsibility and influence.

Before you register

What to know before joining.

The program is open to everyone. Anyone interested can register and participate.

There are no exams, homework assignments, or academic requirements.

The program is built around real business situations, practical lessons from my own experience, and ideas and frameworks from books and business theory.

What is expected

What is expected from participants for successfully completing the course:

  • Attend at least 8 out of 10 sessions
  • Be present and participate in the discussions
  • Come with an open mind and take from each session what is useful for your own work and growth

On completion

The goal is not to test anyone. I want every participant to leave the program with practical lessons they can apply to how they work, make decisions, take responsibility, and grow inside a business.

Participants who complete at least 8 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion, and small presents from me.
