How Businesses Grow. How People Grow.

A ten-session offline program on how companies actually work and how the people inside them become the ones trusted with more. Built from real operating experience, not theory.

Why this program

Understanding both sides.

Many people work inside businesses for years without fully understanding what actually makes a business grow, or what makes one person grow faster than another inside the same company.

This program is for people who want to understand both sides. You will explore how businesses think about ownership, priorities, execution, accountability and results, and how these same principles affect your own growth at work.

You will also understand how trust is built, why some people are given more responsibility, and how influence grows inside a company.

The program combines business theory with real situations, practical decisions, mistakes and lessons from experience. The goal is simple: to help you understand how to grow at work and how to help a business grow.

About Javid

I have spent years studying business, management and governance, first at UNEC, LSE and the American University in Dubai, and since then through the practical reality of building and running companies.

Today I run four companies in Baku: Trenders, TVIM, TREVA and Omnuvex. Theory is useful, but what matters to me is what actually works when real people, money, deadlines and responsibility are involved. Most of what I know about that, I learned by getting it wrong first.

Alongside my work in business, I taught Business Strategy and Management at UNEC and Strategic Management at ADA University. Teaching gave me another way to work with the same ideas: not only applying them in practice, but learning how to explain them clearly to others.

This program brings those three parts together: what I learned academically, what I have learned through practice, and what I have learned from teaching.

What actually works, and why.
